Professional musician graduated in Guitar and Jazz Composition with honors at the Conservatory <\/strong>Luigi Cherubini<\/strong> of Florence, Italy; and in electric bass and double bass at the Koninklijk Conservatorium<\/strong> of The Hague, Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winner of various competitions both in Italy and abroad such as the Murate Jazz Contest<\/strong> 2011 together with the Bemsha Quartet, Leiden Jazz Award<\/strong> 2015 together with Claudio Junior De Rosa’s trio and the Barga Jazz Contest<\/strong> 2019 together with SMoGZ quartet.

Very active as a composer, arranger and producer: he writes and arranges music for numerous films including L’intruso<\/strong> by Guendalina Vannini, Matrimoni e altri disastri<\/strong> by Nina Di Majo and Lo sguardo<\/strong> by Edoardo Ulivelli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He performs in important italian festivals such as JazzIT Festival <\/strong>2017, Valdarno Jazz Winter Festival <\/strong>2019, Arezzo Jazz On The Corner<\/strong> 2020, Musart<\/strong> 2022, and international festivals such as Lisbon Music Fest<\/strong> 2015 (Portugal), the Corfu Jazz World<\/strong> 2017 (Greece), Meer Jazz Festival<\/strong> 2014 and 2015 and North Sea Jazz Festival<\/strong> 2016 (Netherlands).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has collaborated with many musicians of the Italian and international scene:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orchestra Regionale Toscana, Han Bennink, Joel Holmes, Fabrizio Bosso, Ilja Reijngoud, Alessio Menconi, Nico Gori, Dario Cecchini, Mirko Guerrini, Giovanni Falzone, Claudio Junior De Rosa, Vince Mendoza, Frits Landersbergen, Deborah Carter, Denise Jannah, John Ruocco, Giorgos Kontrafouris, Dimos Dimitriadis, Nikolas Anadolis and many others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
