Professional musician graduated in Guitar and Jazz Composition with honors at the Conservatory Luigi Cherubini of Florence, Italy; and in electric bass and double bass at the Koninklijk Conservatorium of The Hague, Netherlands.
Winner of various competitions both in Italy and abroad such as the Murate Jazz Contest 2011 together with the Bemsha Quartet, Leiden Jazz Award 2015 together with Claudio Junior De Rosa’s trio and the Barga Jazz Contest 2019 together with SMoGZ quartet.
Very active as a composer, arranger and producer: he writes and arranges music for numerous films including L’intruso by Guendalina Vannini, Matrimoni e altri disastri by Nina Di Majo and Lo sguardo by Edoardo Ulivelli.
He performs in important italian festivals such as JazzIT Festival 2017, Valdarno Jazz Winter Festival 2019, Arezzo Jazz On The Corner 2020, Musart 2022, and international festivals such as Lisbon Music Fest 2015 (Portugal), the Corfu Jazz World 2017 (Greece), Meer Jazz Festival 2014 and 2015 and North Sea Jazz Festival 2016 (Netherlands).
He has collaborated with many musicians of the Italian and international scene:
